Your watch is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against any defects in materials or workmanship. Any watch developing such a defect within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Fiori Canada Inc. discretion.
A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
- Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet and plating
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage (See the water resistance chart below)
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence or previously repaired by an others entity that Fiori Canada Inc.
If you meet a problem with your watch and is not cover by the current warranty or if your warranty has expired, you can send your watch to Fiori Canada Inc. They will evaluate the problem and write you back with the repair estimation cost.
Fiori Canada Inc. will never repair a watch before the customer authorization.
Fees will be charge on the same credit card used when the item has been purchase. However, if your credit card information has been expired, they will reach you directly by phone to valid your new information.
CANADA REPAIR SERVICE
Should your watch require warranty or non-warranty service, please send:
- Items in a small, well-padded shipping box
- Fill out the warranty card received with your watch
- Invoice (or write down clearly the order number on the warranty card)

Please Note: We encourage you to send your package certified, insured or through a traceable shipper. Attractive Time and Fiori Canada is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit to us.
Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks from the date we receive your package for your watch to go through the repair process.

We will send you a shipping quote and after your acceptation, we will proceed and create a shipping label return and send it to you by email.
- Pack the items in a small, well-padded shipping box
- Print the label and join with your parcel
- Drop to a UPS store.
It’s very important to reach us for a repair because we need to create a return ‘Importation in Canada for repair service’ label. This will avoid you to paid twice the taxes when the item will be ship back to you.
